摘要 使用液体聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和胶体聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)在常温下合成了无机-有机复合絮凝剂PFS-PDMDAAC,研究了其对深圳某生活污水处理厂生物处理后出水的除磷效果,考察了复合絮凝剂中PDMDAAC的分子量、PDMDAAC与PFS的质量比、合成反应时间、投加量等因素对除磷效果的影响。结果表明,分子量为220000(Da)的PDMDAAC与PFS反应30 min制备的PFS-PDMDAAC,当其投加量为60 mg/L时可以使总磷(TP)降到0.3 mg/L以下,且PDMDAAC与PFS的质量比越高其除磷效果越好。 Inorganic-organic composite flocculant PFS-PDMDAAC was synthesized by using liquid PFS and colloidal PDMDAAC at room temperature in this study. By using PDMDAAC, and research on its phosphorus removal effect towards the wastewater after biological treatment. The factors of phosphorus removal on a domestic wastewater treatment plant in Shenzhen were studied, which included different molecular weights of PDMDAAC, mass ratio of PDMDAAC and PFS, synthesis time, dosage and other thctors. Results showed that with the dosage of 60mg/L PFS-PDMDAAC prepared by 30 min' synthesis of PDMDAAC with molecular weight of 220,000 and PFS, TP was reduced lower than 0.3mg/L, and the higher the mass ratio, the better the dephosphorization effect.
