负载型骨架镍催化剂的再生性能研究

摘要 在固定床反应器中进行负载型骨架镍催化剂催化茚加氢反应的催化性能和失活实验。采用热重、XRD、SEM等方法对新鲜、失活和再生后的催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在反应进行到1 000 h后催化剂失活较快,茚的转化率由93%下降到89%。催化剂失活是由活性镍颗粒的聚集及催化剂表面积碳造成的。此外,考察了5%O2气氛下再生温度和再生时间对催化剂催化性能的影响,失活催化剂在5%O_2气氛中400℃煅烧催化剂9 h后活性恢复,可使茚的转化率达到95%以上。 The experiment for catalytic performance and deactivation of supported skeletal nickel catalysts in the indene hydrogenation is carried out in a fixed bed reactor.The fresh,deactivated and regenerated catalysts are respectively characterized by TG-DTA,XRD and SEM.The results show that the deactivation rate of catalyst becomes faster after 1000 h services,then the conversion rate of indene decreases from 93% to 89%. The deactivation of catalyst is due to the significant aggregation of active nickel particles and the formation of carbon deposits on the surface of catalyst. In addition,the effects of regeneration temperature and regeneration time on the catalytic performance of catalyst are investigated in 5% O2 atmosphere.The deactivated catalyst after being incinerated at 400℃ for 5 h in 5% O2 atmosphere can restrain its activity,which can make the conversion rate of indene exceed 95%.
