摘要
针对传统分布器普遍存在大量占用塔内有效体积、截面内液体浓度分布差异等问题,设计制造一种兼具传质功能的新型槽盘式液体分布器。搭建了一套直径为580 mm有机玻璃塔测试系统,以空气-水系统对该分布器进行了分布性能测试。结果表明,气液两相在升气罩内充分接触,实现传质过程,有效利用塔内空间;板上收集的液体混合均匀,有效消除浓度差异问题;经过对性能测试结果评价,该新型槽盘式液体分布器分布性能为优,确保了液体均匀分布。
A new type of groove-tray liquid distributor with mass transfer function is designed and manufactured in order to solve the problem that the traditional distributor occupies large effective volume in the column and causes inhomogeneous distribution of liquid concentration in the cross section. A 580 mm diameter organic glass column is manufactured to test the distribution performance of the new distributor by means of air-water mixture. The results show that the gas phase and the liquid phase contact sufficiently each other in the hood to realize the mass transfer process and make full use of space inside the column.The liquid collected on the plate is mixed evenly to eliminate the concentration difference available.The evaluating results of performance test prove the superiority of this new liquid distributor,which ensure uniform distribution of liquid.
