年龄、窦卵泡数及相关性激素预测卵巢储备功能正常患者卵巢反应性的价值 被引量:23

摘要 目的探索卵巢储备功能正常患者年龄、窦卵泡数(AFC)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、基础卵泡刺激素(b FSH)、FSH/黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)预测卵巢反应性的价值。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月在四川省妇幼保健院生殖医学中心行长方案体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的619例患者临床资料。结果年龄、AFC、AMH、b FSH与获卵数存在相关性(P<0.05)。AFC与卵子利用率呈直线相关关系(r=-0.174,P<0.05)。结论年龄、AFC、AMH、b FSH能够预测卵巢储备功能正常患者的获卵数,不能预测卵子、胚胎质量。
