摘要
输变电工程作为电力建设项目的重要组成项目,其施工质量的高低直接关系到整个电力行业的发展。然而,随着输变电工程项目数量的不断增长、工程规模的不断扩大,其施工工期也在不断缩减,而这也就导致其施工质量不断出现问题。因此,加强输变电工程施工质量管理不仅仅是电力建设的必然要求,也对电力行业的发展具有深远的实践意义。对输变电工程施工质量的综合评价是对其进行施工质量管理的前提,而完备的指标体系是实现综合评价的必要条件,故本文拟在对输变电工程施工质量存在的问题进行分析的基础上,利用灰色粗糙集模型对繁复的施工质量指标进行筛选,进而实现输变电工程施工质量综合评价指标体系的构建。
Power transmission and transformation project is an important project of electric power construction project, the construction quality is directly related to the development of the whole electric power industry. However, growth in the number of power transmission and transformation project, the continuous expansion of engineering, the construction period is also shrinking, which leads to the growing problem in the construction quality. Therefore? strengthen quality management of power transmission and transformation project construction is not only the inevitable requirement of electric power construction, but also has profound practical significance to the development of electric power industry. Construction quality of power transmission and transformation project of comprehensive evaluation is the prerequisite to carry on the construction quality management and perfect the index system is the necessary condition to realize comprehensive evaluation, so the paper, on the basis of the analysis of existing problems in the construction of power transmission and transformation project quality, uses the rough set model for the construction quality index for screening of heavy and complicated? thus realizes the power transmission and transformation project construction quality of the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system.
