摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取结合气质联用分析技术快速分析比较5种蜡梅属植物新鲜叶片中挥发性成分的组成差异。结果表明:5种蜡梅属植物叶中挥发性成分的种类及含量有较大差异,其中蜡梅叶中的特有挥发性成分为罗勒烯(10.5%)、乙酸芳樟酯(27.8%);突托蜡梅叶中的特有成分有1,8-桉叶素(18.27%)和大根香叶烯(37.22%);柳叶蜡梅、浙江蜡梅及山蜡梅中的主要挥发性成分有α-蒎烯、月桂烯、1,8-桉叶素、毕橙茄油烯、β-榄香烯、石竹烯、大根香叶烯、3-(4,8-二甲基-3,7-壬二烯)呋喃等萜类成分。在5种蜡梅属植物中,柳叶蜡梅、浙江蜡梅和山蜡梅中主要的挥发性成分比较相似,蜡梅与突托蜡梅的成分与前3种略有不同。蜡梅叶中的特有成分罗勒烯、乙酸芳樟酯可与其它4种蜡梅属植物叶进行区分,1,8-桉叶素也是可以区分蜡梅叶和其它4种蜡梅属植物叶片的关键成分。利用顶空固相微萃取方式可有效富集叶片中的香气成分,且方法简便,重现性较好,可作为蜡梅属植物叶片挥发性成分的前处理方法之一。
Aim to know the composit ion difference of volatile components in the five species of genus Chimonanthus leaves using the HS-SPME/GC-MS method. The result showed that in the five species of genus Chimonanthus leaves, there are many difference in species and contents of volatile components, the unique volatile components of Ch. praecox are β-ocimene(10.5%) and acetic acid linalool ester(27.8%); The main volatile components of Ch. salicifolius, Ch. zhejiangensis and Ch. nitens include α-pinene, β-mycrene, eucalyptol,α-cubebene, β-elemene, caryophyllene, germacrene-D,(E)-Furan, 3-(4, 8-dimethyl-3, 7-nonadienyl); The unique volatile components of Ch. grammatus are eucalyptol(18.27%) and germacrene-D(37.22%). In the five species of genus Chimonanthus leaves, the volatile components of Ch. salicifolius are similar to that of Ch. zhejiangensis and Ch. nitens, but there are also slightly difference between Ch. praecox, Ch. grammatus and the other three species.The characteristic ingredients, β-ocimene and acetic acid linalool ester, can distinguish Ch. praecox and the others four species of genus Chimonanthus leaves, and eucalyptol is the key component which also can distinguish Ch.praecox and the others four species of genus Chimonanthus leaves. The HS-SPME method is fit for leaf aroma components enrichment due to simple and reproducible, and can be one of the pretreatment methods of Chimonanthus leaf volatile components.
