摘要 在冶金行业中,金属矿仓有多车道同时发货的情形,在高效无人值守发货系统中,准确、实时地检测车辆进出,对项目达到工业级应用至关重要。通常检测车道的进出,有地磁感应、图像识别、红外感应等方式,但在金属矿仓应用环境中并不适合。设计一种多车道红外信号采集系统,支持多道的红外信号采集与处理,使之能有效地判断车辆进出信号及进出IN-OUT正确配对,为多道车辆进出检测功能提供方法与技术。 In metallurgical industry,under the circumstances of the metal silo with multiple lanes delivery,efficient delivery control system based on RFID(radio frequency identification)adopts infrared to determine the entering and leaving of vehicles,which plays a key role in industrial application.The usual models of monitoring vehicles entering and leaving,such as geomagnetic induction,image recognition,infrared induction,and so on are not suitable in the metal silos.The research on a kind of infrared signal collection server,which supports multichannel infrared signal acquisition and processing system and makes it effective to judge the signal of IN-OUT of the vehicles,can also provide detection about thein and out of the vehicles for other applications.
