循环流化床锅炉J型返料阀机理建模与仿真

摘要 返料阀在流化床锅炉物料循环过程中起着关键性的作用,其运行特性的好坏很大程度上影响物料循环是否顺畅,为了能够展现J型返料阀的运行特性,采用机理建模的方法,根据返料阀内物料的质量守恒建立返料阀内物料量、入口出口差压、以及反映两相流特征的物料平均密度的方程;根据返料阀内物料的能量守恒建立返料阀物料热量、温度变化方程。最后一个具体实例,模拟了J型返料阀在不同返料量下的参数变化过程,并分析了返料阀流动阻力变化对返料过程的影响,模型中体现返料阀阻力的参数需要一个合适的数值,过小依然会破坏返料阀本身运行的稳定性。 J-valve plays a key role in the process of material circulating fluidized bed boiler and its operation per- formance has great influence on the material circulation. The mechanism modeling method has been used to show the operation characteristics of J-valve. Based on the mass conservation of material in the J-valve, material quantity e- quation, differential pressure equation between inlet and outlet, mean density equation of material were built; based on the energy conservation of material in the J-valve, material heat change equation and temperature variation equa- tion were built. Finally a specific example was given to simulate the J-valve in different return material quantity with the change of parameters, and the J-valve flow resistance change of feeding process was analyzed. The model shows that the J-valve resistance parameters need a suitable numerical, and smaller resistance parameters can damage the stability of the J-valve.
