摘要
以软枣猕猴桃的茎段及带嫩芽的茎段作为外植体,进行了组织培养技术研究,结果表明,愈伤组织的诱导培养基以MS+6-BA 0.4 mg/L为好,增殖培养基以MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L为好,增殖倍数可达3.5倍;生根培养基以1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L较好,生根率达94.2%。
The tissue culture techniques of Actinidia arguta were studied, by taking stems and stem segment with a tender as explants.The results showed that: the medium MS+6-BA 0,4 mg/L was good for induced culture of the wound tissue; the medium MS +6-BA 4.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L was good for multiplication culture, with proliferation rate up to 3.5 times; medium 1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L was good for rooting, with the rooting rate of 94.2%.
