无土栽培番茄果实中亚硝酸盐积累的规律

摘要 总结了无土栽培番茄的优缺点以及番茄果实中亚硝酸盐积累的规律。指出无土栽培番茄生长速度快,污染少,然而无土栽培下番茄的品质,特别是亚硝酸盐积累规律的研究还较少。番茄是喜硝作物,优先吸收硝态氮,具有较高的硝酸还原酶活性,硝酸还原酶在促进硝酸盐向亚硝酸盐的转化过程中起着重要作用。无土栽培条件下的番茄根系易于吸收养分,更容易积累亚硝酸盐,造成亚硝酸盐含量超标。 The advantages and disadvantages of tomato hydroponics and the pattern of nitrite accumulation in hydroponic tomato were summarized. It was pointed out that tomato in hydroponic condition grew quickly and environment friendly. However, little was known about the quality of hydroponic tomato, especially nitrite content. It has been proved that nitrate reductase plays key roles in regulation of transformation of nitrates to nitrite. Tomato was liable to absorb nitrates. Under hydroponic condition, nitrates were apt to transport to fruit by the direct contact of root and chemical compounds.
