摘要
通过分析大兴安岭林区经济发展的产业政策、财税政策、金融政策和人才政策,对其存在的产业扶持政策不到位、财税政策缺乏激励性、金融监管体制不完善和人才激励政策力度小等问题,提出了完善林区产业扶持政策、实施林区财税激励政策、强化林区金融支持政策和完善林区人力管理政策等政策建议。
By analyzing the policies on forestry region economic development of Greater Khingan Mountains in terms of industry, taxation, financing and talents, this paper proposes some policy suggestions, such as perfecting the industrial support policy, implementing finance and taxation incentive policy, enhancing financing support policy and improving manpower management policy. These measures are expected to solve the problems faced by the forestry region economic development of Greater Khingan Mountains, such as poor industrial support policy, lack of incentive of finance and taxation policy, imperfect financial supervision system and feeble talent incentive policy, with a view to promoting the economic transformation and sustainable development of Greater Khingan Mountains.
