摘要
目的考察高压均质法制备白术挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺。方法采用高压均质法制备白术挥发油β-环糊精包合物,设计L9(34)正交试验,以包合物的包封率(%)及收率(%)为指标对β-环糊精包合物的处方进行综合评价,优化最佳工艺。结果白术挥发油包合物的最佳制备条件为:挥发油与β-环糊精的质量比为1∶6,高压均质压力为7000 psi,均质次数为30次。结论采用正交试验法所优选的高压均质法制备白术挥发油包合物适合于工业化生产。
Objective: To investigate the optimal approach for the preparation of Baizhu's volatile oil by application of high pressure homogenization method. Methods: The fabrication of Baizhu 's volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by high pressure homogenization in the light of orthogonal design method. Also the formulation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion was evaluated according to the criteria of entrapment efficiency and yield. Results: The optimal inclusion technology was: the ratio of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1: 6,the pressure of homogenization was 7000 psi and the homogenization cycle was 30 times. Conclusion: The optimal conditions for inclusion by high pressure homogenization were steady and proper for a large scale production.
