摘要
为研究不同转食策略对匙吻鲟存活和生长的影响,采用两种转食方式(活饵+配合饲料、直接配合饲料)对同一规格的匙吻鲟稚鱼(平均全长为51.23±1.23 mm)进行转口驯化,探寻最佳转食策略。结果表明,试验中期饲料组生长速度和体重均高于活饵+饲料组,两组差异不显著(P>0.05),之后生长速度下降,两组差异不显著(P<0.05)。活饵+饲料组的存活率为90%,而直接投饲饲料组的存活率仅为44%;特定生长率均值分别为7.218和7.530,差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,研究采用活饵+饲料是适宜匙吻鲟存活和生长的转食方式。
In order to study the growth and survival rate of the Polyodon spathuln under different feeding strategies, two feeding strategies (live food organism+feed, full feed) were adopted to feed the Polyodon spathuln, which was the same specification (average total length 51.23_+ 1.23ram). The result showed the growth rate of the full feed group was higher than that of the live food organism+ feed group in the middle stage of the experiment, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05); and then the growth rate decreased, the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). The survival rate of the live food organism+feed group was 90%, while the survival rate of direct feeding group was only 44%; the average SGR was 7.218 and 7.530, the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). Therefore, live food organism+feed group was appropriate feeding strategy for Polyodon spathuln.
