外源物质对灵芝深层发酵的影响综述 被引量:5

摘要 灵芝多糖和三萜类化合物是灵芝的关键药效成分。通过选择适当的外源物质添加到灵芝深层发酵基质,使灵芝多糖和三萜类化合物产量增加,是灵芝深层发酵的研究热点。综述某些中药材固体粉末或其提取物、金属离子、稀土元素和真菌激发子等外源物质对灵芝深层发酵生物量和关键药效成分的影响,并对今后的研究趋势作出展望。 Triterpenes and polysaccharides are the key active ingredients in Ganoderma lingzhi. The production of Ganoderma triterpenes and polysaccharides can be enhanced by adding exogenous inducer into the substrate. This experimental idea has been developed into a study subject on submerged culture of G. lingzhi. Chinese medicines and its extracts, metal ion, rare earth elements, as well as fungal elicitors for the effects of exogenous inducer on submerged culture of G lingzhi were reviewed. Additionly, the further application outlook is put forward in this paper.
