溶解氧浓度对氰化提金起着关键作用,适宜的溶解氧浓度有利于金的浸出,加速浸金进程,减少氰化物消耗量,但在大多氰化提金厂生产中,溶解氧的测定和管理常被忽视。阐述了溶解氧对金浸出过程的影响,介绍了溶解氧常用的检测方法,分析了氰化提金厂溶解氧常见问题,如充气系统故障、有效搅拌强度不够、矿石耗氧波动等,并提出了相应的解决对策,为氰化提金厂溶解氧的测定与管理提供有益参考。
The concentration of dissolved oxygen has critical effect on cyanidation gold extraction. Reasonable concentration of dissolved oxygen is favorable to gold leaching, accelerating gold leaching progress and reducing cya-nide consumption. But in most cyanidation gold extraction plants,the determination and management of dissolved oxy-gen are often ignored. The paper describes the effect of dissolved oxygen on the gold leaching process, introduces com-monly used dissolved oxygen monitoring methods, analyzes problems of dissolved oxygen commonly seen in cyanidation gold extraction plants, such as malfunctions of aeration systems, deficient effective agitation strength, volatile oxygen consumption of ores, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, providing the basis for the determination and management of dissolved oxygen for cyanidation gold extraction plants.
