摘要
文中从绿色物流的概念出发,针对"渝新欧"的运行现状,运用指数因素分析法对其绿色物流发展效应进行量化分析。一方面建立平均指标变动的两因素指数体系对其油耗与江海联运进行对比分析;另一方面对其运输成本的变动进行多因素分析,从相对数和绝对数量两方面剖析各个因素变动对油耗和运输成本的影响程度,阐明油耗、运输成本与它们各自相对应的各个因素之间的经济数量关系。从而初步判断出同海运和刚开通时相比,"渝新欧"绿色物流发展效应的水平为良好。最后,对其运行面临的主要问题,从货源、物流环节和组织及通关换轨等方面提出建议。
The article starts from the concept of green logistics. According to the current situation of "Chongqing New Europe",the quantitative analysis of green logistics is carried out by exponential factor analysis. On the other hand,the multinational analysis of the changes in its transportation costs. From the relative number and the absolute number of two aspects of the changes in the impact of various factors on fuel consumption and transportation costs,and Clarify the economic relationship between fuel consumption,transportation costs and the respective factors that correspond to each of them. And thus initially determine the same sea and just opened when compared to,"Yu new European"green logistics development effect level is good. Finally,the main problems facing its operation,from the supply,logistics and organization and customs clearance and other aspects of the proposed recommendations.
