摘要
本研究以邓恩桉成年优株组培继代单芽为试验材料,通过在生根培养基中添加不同浓度的间苯三酚(PG),探讨其对邓恩桉组培生根及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,在邓恩桉组培芽生根过程中,1.0mmol/L PG处理增加了PPO、IAAO活性,而降低了POD活性。在1.0mmol/L PG处理下,随着生根时间延长,PPO活性呈上升趋势,而IAAO活性表现为先上升后下降,POD活性则为先下降后上升的趋势。通过在培养基中外源添加PG,能有效改善邓恩桉组培生根能力,这为今后邓恩桉组培育苗产业化提供科学参考。
Effects of phloroglucinol( PG) on in vitro rooting and related enzymes activity were explored in Eucalyptus dunnii cultured in rooting media with different concentration of PG by using subcultured shoots of mature E. dunnii trees. The results showed that 1. 0 mmol/L PG effectively increased activities of PPO and IAAO,while decreased those of POD compared with the control. With the increase in rooting time,PPO activities showed an increased tendency,IAAO activities enhanced first and then decreased,and POD activities reduced at the beginning and then increased. The application of exogenous PG in media was able to effectively improve the ability to root of E. dunnii by tissue culture, which would develop scientific support for the commercialization of tissue-cultured seedlings in E. dunnii.
