摘要
针对当前条码技术具工作繁琐、抗干扰性差等缺陷,设计了基于激光扫描的物流条码识别系统。首先选择BL-600型条码扫描设备对物流产品条码进行扫描,扫描后条码数据传递到RS422进行放大处理,然后将放大后的数据反馈到工控机的串口,并与数据库的物品种类数据进行匹配完成物品种类的识别,然后将识别结果显示出来,并通过具体实验测试其性能。结果表明,该设计系统对不同类型物流条码的解码效果和解码范围都较佳,系统性能较优。
For the defects of current bar code technology such as verbosity and poor anti-interference, a new identification system based on laser scanning was proposed. First, scan the bar code by BL-600 scanning device arid amplify the transformed data to RS422. Then, feedback them to the serial interface of industrial computer and match them with the classification data to complete identification. Finally, display the results and test its performance through ccrtain experiment. The results show that this system has better performance on different decode effects and range.
