偏心圆柱齿轮齿条机构的设计、建模与仿真

摘要 介绍了一种新型偏心圆柱齿轮齿条机构。其齿轮为偏心放置的正常圆柱直齿轮,齿条节曲线为平面曲线。两者相互啮合,可以实现特定的运动要求。根据齿廓啮合基本定律,推导了齿条的节曲线方程。并进一步借助产形齿条的概念,计算了齿条的齿廓方程。最后对该机构进行了三维建模与运动仿真,初步验证了设计和建模过程的正确性。 A new type of eccentric cylindrical gear rack mechanism is introduced. The gear is normal cylindrical gear which is eccentrically installed and the pitch curve of the rack is plane curve. The gear and rack are engaged with each other so that a special request of movements can be achieved. According to the fundamental law of mating profile,the equations of the pitch curve of the rack can be deduced. And further,the tooth profile equations of the rack are calculated based on the concept of the counterpart rack. Eventually,the3-dimentional modeling and motion simulation of the mechanism are carried out,through which the correctness of the design and modeling is preliminarily confirmed.
