摘要
在一起油汀式电暖器亡人火灾事故调查过程中,通过现场勘验认定起火点,对起火点位置燃烧残留物、电暖器、电源线及插头进行提取并送检。对起火点位置炭化残留物进行器相色谱-质谱分析,未检测出助燃剂成分,排除放火嫌疑。结合金属熔痕金相分析结果,根据过电流故障和局部过热故障发生机理,分析与认定了起火原因。总结了一种油汀式电暖器引发火灾的模式:散热受阻,功率增大,导致电流增大,电源插头处局部过热,引燃周围可燃物。过电流熔断痕迹和黄铜局部过热痕迹金相组织内部器孔较少,晶粒以树枝晶为主,有明显的方向性,熔化区与本体界限清晰。
In the investigation of a fire involving thermal oil electric heater with a person death, tile fire spot was found out by on-the-spot investigation. The residue of combustion, the thermal oil electric heater, the power cord were extracted and tested. The arson was eliminated by GC-MS analysis because of no combustion improver. According to the metallographic analysis of metal mark and the mechanism of overeurrent and connection heating, combin ing with the mechanism of electric current fault and overheated fault, the fire cause was finally determined. This fire investigation pul forward a process of the fire caused by thermal oil electric heater: heal dissipation decreasing, the increase of power causes in- creased current in the cable, which promotes connection heating of the plugs igniting competent fuels. There is little pore in the metal lographic structure of overcurrent melt mark and local overheating- melt mark. The grain of melt mark was dendrite mainly with obvi- ous direction. The melt mark had clear edge from the primary materials.
