摘要
在开发某车型时,参考2018版中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)中柔性小腿(Flex-PLI)碰撞规则,运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术,对其前端保险杠结构进行优化。基于前端碰撞模型的简化模型,分析了前保险杠结构布置尺寸与碰撞伤害指标的相关关系,确定了优化方案,并通过CAE仿真分析验证了该优化方案的可行性。以上研究为改进行人保护柔性腿型碰撞的车辆前保险杠结构设计提供了参考。
In the development of a vehicle, reference China-New Car Assessment Program(2018)in flexible leg (Flex-PLI) collision rules, using the computer aided engineering technology(CAE), optimize the structure of front bumper. Based on the simplified model of the front collision model, the relationship between the size of the front bumper and the damage index is analyzed, then determine the optimization scheme. The feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified by CAE simulation analysis. The above research provides a reference for improving the structural design of the front bumper of pedestrian protection (flexible leg).
