摘要
对LSP(Less Sludge Process即污泥减量多段式工艺)污泥减量集成装置对于造纸废水活性污泥减量效果进行了试验分析。在相同条件下采用LSP污泥减量集成装置与普通活性污泥法并联运行,对比LSP装置与普通活性污泥法工艺的处理效果。试验结果表明,在相同运行条件下,LSP装置独特的填料载体以及创新的多级式反应区为微生物的繁殖及进化提供了良好的外界条件,增加了能量在食物链中转化的机会和次数,对造纸废水中的污泥减量具有积极意义。不但污泥减量效果可达60%以上,而且对COD的去除率也能够提升10%以上。
The effect of papermaking wastewater sludge reduction by Less Sludge Process(LSP) was studied. Under the same conditions, LSP composition equipment and common active sludge process worked by parallel way. Then these two kinds of processes were compared. Experiment results show that LSP equipment has unique filling carrier and innovated multistage reaction zone. Both kinds of technologies can offer better outside conditions for microorganism reproduction and evolution. Meanwhile, LSP equipment can strengthen transformation in food chain and has positive significance on papermaking wastewater sludge reduction. Sludge reduction rate can reach more than 60%, and COD removal rate can increase more than 10%.
