摘要
以南岳"寿文化节"为研究对象,选取2000年~2014年共计15年的数据资料,运用DEA原理,通过构建以旅游节事为影响的地方经济的投入产出指标体系,采用SBM-DEA模型客观评价其发展效率,研究结果发现:(1)"寿文化节"对于南岳区的经济发展效率的影响显著,尤其是在节事举办的中期阶段;(2)在节事举办的初期与后期,技术效率的贡献度相比规模效率更明显;(3)以规模报酬的递减变化为依据可以初步判断节事活动的经济效率变化趋势;(4)节事停办之后对地方经济的影响仍会存在,但影响的时间跨度与强弱变化趋势仍待确定。最后,根据效率评价分析客观的揭示了"寿文化节"的发展变化,为其他同类节事的举办提供了范例。
Cultural Festival of Longevity is studied in the paper with the 15 years＇ data from 2000 to 2014based on DEA model. To reveal the influence of festival events on the local economy, an index system ofinputs and outputsof thelocal economy was constructed. The study indicates the following.（1）＂Cuhural Festival of Longevity＂ has significant effects on the efficiency of economic development in Mount Hengshan, especially the middle stage of the festival; （2）In the beginning and ending stages of the festival, technical efficiency contributes more than the scale efficiency to the local economy; （3）Variation trend of economic efficiency can be roughly predicted based on the decrease of scale compensation of the festival activity;（4）The festival event still has impact on the local economy even after it is over, but the time span and intensity variation of the impact remain unknown. Finally, based on the efficiency evaluation, the paper objectively reveals the development of ＂Cultural Festival of Longevity＂, which serves as an example for other similar events.
