摘要
制造业近年来面临内部发展停滞和外部竞争加剧的发展困境,制造企业通过整合内外部资源的网络化升级有助于实现企业转型和可持续发展。互联网时代,价值创造的视角从价值链向价值生态系统转变,从价值生态系统视角研究制造业升级具有理论和现实意义。文章认为,价值生态系统由节点企业、模块企业、平台企业和其他社会资源构成,呈现开放性、平台化和模块化的网络生态特征,制造企业在价值生态系统内沿"节点企业-模块企业-平台企业"的轨迹发展,呈现出制造驱动型、市场驱动型、技术驱动型和全面驱动型四种网络化升级模式。
In recent years manufacturing industry in Chinais faced with the predicaments of internal stagnation and external competition. The network upgrading through the integration of internal and external resources is helpful to the transformation and sustainable development of an enterprise. In the internet era, value creation has transferred from value chain to value ecosystem, so it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the upgrading of manufacturing industry in the perspective of value ecosystem. The value ecosystem is characterized with openness, plafforming and modularization, composed of different kinds of enterprises thatplay the role of node, modular, platform and other social resources. In the value ecosystem, manufacturing enterprises develop along the path of "node - modular - platform" to achieve upgrading in the network, presenting four patterns-manufacturing-driven, market-driven, technology-driven and comprehensive-driven
