摘要
目的:应用16S rRNA测序方法研究KSL抗菌肽口香糖对口腔细菌的抗菌效果。方法:分别收集6名志愿者使用KSL抗菌肽口香糖前后的唾液,并提取总DNA进行16S rRNA测序分析,以比较使用KSL抗菌肽口香糖前后的口腔细菌的组成和丰度变化。结果:在门水平上,KSL抗菌肽口香糖对变异菌门、拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门的抑制作用比较明显(P<0.05);在属水平上,KSL抗菌肽口香糖对拟杆菌属、奈瑟氏菌属、嗜血杆菌、韦永氏球菌属、普氏菌属、卟啉单胞菌属、链球菌属的抑制作用比较明显(P<0.05)。结论:KSL抗菌肽口香糖对口腔中的部分致病菌具有抑制作用。
AIM To investigate the bactericidal effect of KSL antimicrobial peptides chewing gum on oral bacteria by 16S rRNA sequencing technique. METHODS : Saliva samples were collected before and after using KSL antimicrobial peptides chewing gum from 6 healthy subjects. Saliva samples' DNA was extracted and the 16S ribosomal RNA gene clone library was constructed. The composition and abundance of bacteria before and after chewing the gum were analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 375 OTUs were obtained. At phylum level, KSL antimicrobial peptides chewing gum showed significant inhibiting effect on Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes( P 〈 0. 05 ) . At genus level, the chewing gum showed significant inhibiting effect on Bacteroides, Neisseria, Haemophilus, Veillonella, Prevotella and Streptococcus ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION : KSL antimicrobial peptides chewing gum has bactericidal effect on most pathogenic bacteria of dental caries and periodontal disease.
