磁共振3D-WATS在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节软骨诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的本研究应用3.0T MRI三维水选择成像序列(3d water imaging sequences,3D-WATS)与常规序列对早期强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)骶髂关节软骨进行分析。方法选择2015年1月~2016年6月经临床确诊的早期AS患者42例,全部行3.0T MRI骶髂关节平扫,包括T1WI、T1WI-Cor、T2WI-Cor、T2WI-SPAIR、T2WI-CorSPAIR和3D-WATS序列,观察MRI 3D-WATS与常规序列对早期AS骶髂关节软骨的成像差异、优势对比及分级差异,并进行统计学分析。结果 3D-WATS序列对骶髂关节软骨显示清晰程度优于常规序列,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规序列T1WI、T2WI、T2WI SPAIR两两对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 3D-WATS能够较好的显示早期AS骶髂关节软骨病变,是观察早期AS骶髂关节软骨的优势序列,对于早期AS骶髂关节炎分级较常规序列更为准确。 Objective: To study the detection of sacroiliac joint cartilage with early ankylosing spondylitis by 3.0T MRI and conventional sequence. Metiiods: Totally, 42 patients with early ankylosing spondylitis (AS) were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 as the objects of study. All patients were given MRI examination, including that T1WI, T1WI-Cor, T2WI-Cor, T2WI-SPAIR, T2WI- Cor-SPAIR, and 3D-WATS. The difference of imaging, advantages, and grading were conducted between 3D-WATS and conventional sequence. Results: (1) 3D-WATS clearly displayed sacroiliac joint cartilage, superior to that found by conventional sequence, with significantly difference (P〈0.05). (2)There were not statistically differences among T1WI, T2WI, and T2WI-SPAIR (P〉0.05).Conclusions: 3D-WATS has more superiority sequence than conventional sequence. It can clearly displayed lesions and grading sacroiliac joint cartilage with early ankylosing spondylitis with more accuracy.
