色纺纱工艺装备与关键器材选配探析 被引量:5

摘要 为解决色纺纱生产中因染色纤维综合性能降低导致难加工、生产效率低、用工多等问题,以浙江省色纺纱企业的生产实践为例,分析色纺纱生产中清梳、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱及络筒工序工艺配置现状;介绍色纺纱工艺创新途径及关键器材的配套选用;详细论述采用先进自动化与智能化混棉/毛技术、简易式清梳联合机、新型高效能精梳机、并粗装备自动化与智能化,加快细纱机、络筒机、并纱机及捻线机更新改造及创新,配套应用先进的梳理机针布、胶辊、胶圈、钢领、钢丝圈、异纤检控装置及电子清纱器等,提高其生产效率、减少用工、提高纱线品质的创新途径。指出:生产优质色纺纱线,不仅要选配好原料,优化纺纱工艺,还需注重工艺装配和器材技术进步。 To solve the problems with color spinning production including difficulties in produc- tion,low production efficiency, excess labor emplyment due to the poor comprehensive per- formance of fiber in color spinning, sampling the color spinning enterprises in Zhejiang,analysis is done to the process configuration status of in the color spinning process including blowing- carding, carding, combing, drawing, roving, spinning and winding. Introduction is made to color spinning technology regarding the innovative approaches and key accessories configuration, use of advanced automation and intelligent mixed cotton/wool technology, simple blowing-carding machine, automation and intelligence of new high-performance comber, and drawing equipment speed up the innovation and creation processes in spinning machine,winding machine,doubling and twisting machine plus the application of advanced card clothing,cots and aprons,travelers, foreign fiber sorter and electronic yarn cleaner, production of high efficiency, less labor employ- ment,and improved yarn quality is gained.It is pointed out that high quality color spinning yarn depends not only on good materials and optimization of spinning process, but also on process configuration and tech-innovation of textile accessories.
