摘要
通过构建以最短距离为目标的避难所选址模型,对海南省万宁市台风灾害避难所进行了分析,结果表明:(1)万宁市132个候选避难所中,61个台风灾害避难所被中,单个避难所平均服务3.34个居民点,居民点平均避难距离为5 464 m;(2)在仅考虑学校型的候选避难所的情景方案中,21个避难所被选,单个避难所平均服务4.76个居民点,居民点的平均避难距离为593 m;(3)在选取全部类型的候选避难所方案中,30个避难所被选中,单个避难所平均服务1.85个居民点,居民点的平均避难距离为530 m。本研究可为台风灾害避难所服务区优化提供参考,为万宁市避难所选址规划提供一定的决策依据。
Disaster shelter location analysis is an effective way to improve residents'evacuation rate. We ana- lyze the shelter location for typhoon disasters in Wanning City of Hainan Province by constructing the shortest dis- tance evacuation model. The results showed that: (1) 61 typhoon shelters were selected among the 132 shelters in Wanning, each shelter services 3.34 communities and the average evacuation distance is 5464 m; (2) In the sce- nario with only considering schools as candidate shelters, in total 21 shelters were selected, each shelter services 4. 76 communities and the average evacuation distance is 593rn; (3) In the scenario of all candidate shelters avail- able, in total 30 shelters were selected, each shelter services 1.85 communities and the average evacuation distance is 530m. This study can provide a good reference for the service area optimization of typhoon shelters, and also a good a reference for decision making in the shelter location plan of Wanning.
