Research on the Distributed Regional Cooperative Storage of Academic Print Resources under the Library Transformation:Taking Western Regional Storage Trust as an Example

摘要面对外部环境变化所带来的机遇和挑战,图书馆面临着从理念到管理、服务的转型,图书馆需转变传统的印本馆藏管理方式,节省馆藏空间。文章通过梳理和剖析美国西部学术资源区域合作储存项目(简称WEST),借鉴其实践的经验与做法,从项目背景、概况、目标、保存范围、保存层级与期限、管理模式、运行机制等方面对WEST进行归纳及分析,从五个方面对我国印本合作储存建设提供建议,以期推动我国合作储存的科学发展。 Facing the challenges and opportunities need transform from idea and management to service of the rapid development of external environment, the libraries The libraries must change traditional collections management in order to release space. Through integrating Western Regional Storage Trust and referencing the experience and method of it, the paper introduces and analyzes the background, general situation, objective, retention scope, holdings grades, retention deadline, management mechanism, performance about cooperation storage to libraries in our country from cooperation storage in China. mechanism of WEST and so on.
