摘要
二十碳五烯酸(EPA)是n-3系列高度不饱和脂肪酸,具有降血脂、抑制血小板聚集、降血压、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用(刘玉军,1987;Clemens,et al.,1985)。人和动物体几乎不能合成EPA,只能从食物中获取,而海藻是不饱和脂肪酸的(原始)初级生产者。 在以往研究的基础上,我们选择了EPA含量较高,且易于养殖的小球藻Chlorellasp-2(李荷芳等,1999)为原料,用不同的营养液对其进行培养,分析藻体中的脂肪和EPA的含量变化,以便选择能使小球藻生长好、脂肪含量及EPA含量均高的营养条件,为开辟EPA的新来源提供依据。
In this study on the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, silicon, Vitamin B1,Vitamin B12 and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTANa2)on the growth and contents of total lipid and EPA of Chlorella sp-2, inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus, silicon, chelated iron, EDTANa2 , and Vitamin B1, B12 mixture were supplemented in various combinations and concentrations according to an L16(44 × 23)orthogonal table. The results indicated that nitrogen and phosphorus supplementations have very significant effects on the growth and contents of total lipid and EPA of Chlorella sp-2. Growth, total lipid and EPA content of the algae in different culture media varied very much. Based on the observation of growth, total lipid and EPA content, we conclude that the optimal medium contents are as follows: N, 1.0mmol/L; P, 0.015mmol/L ; Fe, 0.002mmol/L; Si, 0mmol/L; Vitamin B1,0(ppm); Vitamin B12,0(ppm) and EDTANa2,0 mmol/L.
