摘要
石油化工领域中,产品运输以及原料运输是影响行业发展的关键要素。怎样安全、高效运输原料和产品是石化业目前关注的重点问题。为解决以上问题,建立石油化工管道运输原料、产品。石油化工管道的安装受到多方影响,管道安装施工时有可能出现各种问题,如果这些问题得不到及时解决,则直接影响后续管道运输,导致石化发展受约束。所以,作为石化管道安装的施工方以及施工人员应该熟悉施工图纸和遵守施工规范操作,并且要求间隔对现场施工作业进行监督检查,统一协调各方工作,顺利发现管道安装问题并及时解决,确保管道施工安装工作的顺利完成。本课题以石油化工管道安装为对象,对该安装过程出现的问题开展阐述,并提出对应的解决措施。
In the field of petrochemical industry, product transportation and raw material transportation are the key factors affecting the development of the industry. How safe and efficient transportation of raw materials and products is the focus of petrochemical industry. In order to solve the above problems, the raw materials and products. The petrochemical pipe installed by the multi effect, pipeline installation and construction when there may be a variety of problems,if these problems are not solved in time, will directly affect the sub- sequent pipeline transportation, resulting in constrained petrochemical development. So, the construction side as petrochemical pipeline in- stallation and construction personnel should be familiar with the construction drawings and construction requirements and abide by the norms of operation, the interval for the supervision and inspection of the construction site work, coordinate the work of al~ successfully found pipeline installation problems and resolved in a timely manner, to ensure the successful completion of the work of constraction instal- lation. In this paper, the installation of petrochemical pipeline is taken as an object, and the problems in the installation process are expounded, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
