摘要
用现有技术制备的非浮型铝银浆颜料的缺点是颜料中会含有重金属物质和多环芳烃,它们对人体和环境有伤害.研究将球形铝粉与溶剂1以0.6~1∶1的质量比混合,在特制的球磨机中研磨,温度50~55℃,制成的片状颗粒经筛分后固液分离,得到的滤饼再与溶剂2和助剂混合,在捏合机中捏合,如此分别获得铝片粒径为100~500目的铝银浆颜料(固含量65%).它们可以与多种基料配合,调制出不同用途的涂料.经检测,其含有的有害物质含量均低于欧盟标准.
A nonfloating alttminum paste pigment made from existing technology contains heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which was harmful to humans and the environment. An environmentally-friendly nonfloating aluminum silver paste pigments was prepared by nonaromafic hydrocarbons. The process is as follows, a mixture of spherical aluminum particles and solvent 1 at mass ratio of 0.6-1:1 in a special ball-miller was milled at 50-55℃, flaky particles made by sieving after solid-liquid separation, filter cake together with solvent 2 and additives in a kneader were knead, to afford aluminum paste pigments (solid content 65%) with particle sizes in 100-500 meshs, respectively. They can be compatible with a variety of binder to modulate coatings for different applications. The harmful substances in the tested products were lower than those of the EU standards.
