摘要
研究了一种含0.026%Nb的E690海洋平台用钢板经梯度温度轧制并调质后的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:经梯度温度轧制并调质后,试验钢中存在大量M/A岛、少量贝氏体和析出物,1/4厚度处的析出物尺寸在20 nm左右,分布较均匀,而心部析出物尺寸在10~200 nm不等,数量极少;虽然Nb的加入抑制了回复和再结晶作用,但梯度温度轧制工艺在改善钢板心部组织、提升力学性能方面起到了一定作用,试验钢板的伸长率和冲击吸收能量分别为20%和100 J左右,具有很好的塑韧性。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of gradient temperature rolling E690 steel plate with 0. 026% Nb for offshore platform were studied. The results show that after gradient temperature rolling,quenching and tempering,the microstructure of the plate mainly consists of a large amount of M/A island,a small amount of bainite and precipitates. The size of the precipitates at 1/4 thickness of the plate is about 20 nm and uniformly distributed; but that in the core is in the range of 10-200 nm. Although the addition of Nb inhibits the recovery and recrystallization,the gradient temperature rolling still has some effect on improving the core's microstructure and mechanical properties,so that the test plate has a good plasticity and toughness which the elongation is about 20% and the impact energy absorption is about 100 J.
