防喷器下放过程中导向绳的动力学响应 被引量:3

Dynamic Response of Guide Wires during Lowering Process of BOP

摘要 为研究导向绳的力学性能,参考某浮式钻井平台具体参数,结合某海域具体海况,通过对防喷器下放过程进行必要简化,基于凝集质量法,将导向绳系统离散成凝集质量模型,运用大型水动力分析软件OrcaFlex建立防喷器下放过程中导向绳的动力学分析模型。运用时域耦合分析得到了导向绳的张力和防喷器下降速度等的变化情况,计算结果对具体工程实践有一定的指导意义。 In order to study the mechanical properties of the guide wires of BOR based on the specific parameters' of a certain drilling vessel and the lumped mass method, the guide wires are discretized into lumped mass model by necessary simplification of the lowering process of BOR combining with the specific condition of certain sea area. The dynamic analysis model of guide wires is established by the large hydrodynamic analysis software OrcaFlex. The effective tension of the guide wires and the lowering velocities of BOP are obtained by time-domaining coupling analysis. The calculation results have certain guiding significance for actual engineering practice.
