摘要
文中针对尾翼弹与近炸引信匹配导致弹道早炸几率高的问题及解决措施开展研究。在分析尾翼稳定装置结构特点及作用原理,以及飞行弹道中引信受非预期信号影响引起早炸机理的基础上,找出可控制、可改进的因素,进而提出不改变功能特性情况下,通过改进设计个别零件相互间接口关系进而改善引信弹道环境的技术方案,实现可靠性增长。风洞试验结果表明,消除尾翼销轴装配间隙,能够有效降低因翼片振动造成的弹道早炸几率。
The problem and solutions of high probability of trajectory early burst caused by tail bomb and proximity fuze matching were studied in this paper. On the basis of the analysis of the structure characteristics and working principle of fin stabilizer, and early explosion mechanism caused by the influence of unexpected signal on fuze in flight trajectory, controlled and improvable factors were found to propose the technical proposal that without changing the functional characteristics, fuze trajectory environment could be improved by improving the design of the interface relationship between individual parts, and the reliability growth was realized. The wind tunnel test results indicated that eliminating tail pin assembly clearance could effectively reduce the early burst probability in trajectory caused by fin vibration.
