Research progress of molecular imprinting technology in pharmaceutical sciences

摘要 近几年分子印迹技术发展迅速,以其高选择性、预定识别性、制备简单广泛用于分析化学、化工材料学、环境检测和食品安全等众多领域。本文将简单介绍分子印迹技术的基本原理,重点概述分子印迹技术在药学领域如体内小分子药物分析、生物大分子研究以及给药系统等方面的应用。 Molecular imprinting technology has been developed rapidly in recent years, and it has been widely studied in many fields such as analytical chemistry, chemical materials, environmental detection and food safety for the high selectivity, predetermined recognition and simple preparation. This article briefly introduced the basic principle of molecular imprinting technology, and focused on the situation and progress of molecular imprinting technology in mordern medical field, such as biopharmaceutical drug analysis, research in biomacromolecule, and drug delivery system.
