摘要
目的:探究心脏超声在老年原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年5月至2016年5月在本院治疗的原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病的老年患者80例作为观察组,另选择同期在本院治疗的单纯性的原发性高血压患者78例作为对照组,应用心脏超声检查两组患者的心脏功能指标以及左心室结构指标,并且进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的E峰、A峰、E/A、EF以及FS和对照组患者相比,均具有显著差别(t=-5.685、-8.607、-5.419、-6.547、-8.965,P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者的LVDd、IVST、PWT、LVM以及LVMI和对照组患者相比,均具有显著差别(t=6.521、6.188、4.169、9.657、10.635,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的心脏结构、心脏功能指标和普通原发性高血压患者相比差别显著,应用心脏超声可以很好的显示心脏结构,同时可以准确的测量心脏功能指标,为临床提供有价值的图像信息。
Purpose： To discuss the value analysis in the diagnosis of elderly patients with essential hypertension with type 2 diabetes by Heart ultrasound. Methods： Selected 80 cases of elderly patients with primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes as observation group from May 1, 2015 to May 1, 2016, at the same time,selected 78 cases of patients with simple primary hypertension who were treated in our hospital for the same period as the control group. The cardiac function and left ventricular structure were measured in both groups by application of cardiac ultrasound, and then compared the results of two groups. Results： Compared with the control group,（r=-5.685,-8.607,-5.419,-6.547,-8.965, P〈0.05）, there were statistically significant in the E peak, A peak, E/A, EF and FS. And there were statistically significant in the LVDd, IVST, PWT, LVM, and LVMI,（t=6.521,6.188,4.169,9.657,10.635, P〈0.05）, Conclusion： There is significant difference in heart structure, cardiac function and general hypertension with hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, It is a good display of cardiac structure by cardiac ultrasound, It can accurately measure cardiac function, so it worth to be widely used in the clinical practice.
