摘要
目的探讨临床药师在冠状动脉慢血流患者临床治疗中的作用,促进临床药物的合理应用。方法通过参与1例冠状动脉慢血流患者的治疗,分析讨论冠状动脉慢血流患者的规范化临床治疗和双心医学在冠状动脉慢血流方面的应用。结果临床药师通过评估患者病情、设计个体化的给药方案并进行监护和调整,提高了冠状动脉慢血流药物治疗的效果,改善了患者预后。结论对患者的个体化给药治疗开展药学监护是很有必要的,可确保药物得到有效、安全的应用,减少并发症及药物不良反应的发生,改善患者预后。
Objective To determine the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of one patient with coronary slow flow phenomenon, and to promote rational drug use. Methods By analyzing the one patient with coronary slow flow, we tried to discuss the standardized clinical therapy for patients with coronary slow flow and the ap- plication of psycho-cardiology in the coronary slow flow. Results Clinnical pharmacists helped to improve the therapeutic efficacy and the outcome by assessing the patient condition, designing, monitoring and modifying individualized therapy. Conclusion Pharmaceutical care is needed in individualized therapy to ensure effective and rational use of drugs, reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
