基于前推回代优化算法的社区能源网络有功实时调配策略 被引量:6

Real-time Deployment Strategy of the Active Power in Community Energy Networks Based on Back/Forward Optimization Algorithm

摘要 针对含户用光伏系统的社区能源网络有功调配需求,提出一种前推回代优化算法。该方法将光伏发电单元、储能单元与公共连接点(point of common coupling,PCC)整合成参数时变的虚拟网络模型,以"约束条件逐层回代,优化目标逐层前推"的优化方式,求解社区能源网络多目标组合优化问题。在此基础上,依托社区能源网络示范工程,开发能量管理平台对前述算法进行验证。测试结果证明,前推回代优化算法可以根据设备的工作状态,智能调整变量区间,重构优化算法,实现社区能源网络有功统一调配,并在充分考虑储能设备生命周期内剩余工作能力的条件下,实现社区能源网络光伏利用率最大化、储能利用率最大化、PCC有功功率波动最小化的组合优化目标。 Deploying the active power for community energy networks which contain household photovoltaic systems, a back/forward optimization algorithm was proposed. Combining photovoltaic units, energy storage units and the point of common coupling (PCC) into virtual network model with time-varying parameters, this method employed the optimization way in which the constraints were substituted backward and the optimization goals were pushed forward, and it could solve the multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem of the community energy networks. On this basis, the researchers developed an energy management platform relying on a demonstration project of the community energy networks to validate the algorithm. The testing results prove that back/forward optimization algorithm could adjust variable interval and rebuild optimization algorithm intelligently to realize the unified active deployment of community energy networks and make the combinatorial optimization target of maximizing utilization rate Of solar system and energy storage system as well as minimizing the power fluctuations of PCC on different working states, with the full consideration of the remaining working capacity in the life cycle of the energy storage equipment.
