摘要
指出了番木瓜的果肉肉质鲜美,具有食用及药用的功效,但番木瓜籽常被作为垃圾扔掉,而目前有关番木瓜籽油脂提取的研究鲜有报道。对番木瓜籽油的功效和提取方法进行了比较研究,通过对比番木瓜籽油的几种提取方法,得出了超声波提取法和超临界CO_2萃取法是较优的提取方法。
The flesh of papaya is delicious with edible and medicinal efficacy. But the seed of papaya is always thrown away as garbage. At present, there are few reports on the extraction of oil from papaya seed oil. This paper outlined the efficacy and extraction of papaya seed oil. The oil content of papaya seed oil reaches up to 32.21%, which has a balanced ratio of monounsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids. Meanwhile, there are a wide variety of essential amino acids and a large amount of sodium, calcium, potassium and minerals nee- ded by the body. Papaya seed oil has antioxidant, tumor suppressor and lipid-lowering and other effects. Compared with other extraction methods of papaya seed oil, it isfound that ultrasonic extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction method are the optimum extraction method.
