摘要
为提高混凝处理印染废水效果,开发了一种新型复合混凝剂。模拟了棉织物印染废水,对混凝剂的制备条件进行了优化,测试分析了新型复合混凝剂对污水CODCr的去除率及产泥量,并与传统复配混凝剂的效果进行对比。结果表明,碱基度为0.5,铝铁总摩尔浓度与有机组分质量浓度之比(r)为0.1的复合混凝剂聚合铝铁-聚丙烯酰胺(PAFC-PAM)对印染废水有较好的处理效果,CODCr去除率最高可达70%;与传统复配混凝剂的效果进行相比,复合混凝剂提高了处理效果,污泥产量减少6.0%,节约了处理成本。
In order to improve the effect of coagulation treatment of dyeing wastewater, a new type of composite coagulant has been developed. The dyeing and printing wastewater of cotton fabrics was simulates, and it optimizes the preparation conditions of the coagulant, and the removal rate of CODCr and the amount of sludge produced by the new composite coagulant were analyzed and compared with the effect of the traditional compound coagulant. The results show that the composite coagulant PAFC-PAM with basicity of 0.5 and the ratio is 0.1 of the total molar concentration of aluminum and iron to the mass concentration of organic components has better treatment effect on dyeing wastewater, and the removal rate of CODCr is increased up to 70%. Compared with current industrial applications, composite coagulant can improve the treatment effect, reduce the amount of mud production by 6.0%, and save the processing cost.
