摘要
目的探讨曲伏前列素滴眼液对开角型青光眼眼压、血流动力学的影响及其相关性。方法分析2014年1月至2016年7月在我院接受治疗的开角型青光眼患者的临床资料,观察组34例(34只眼),采用曲伏前列素滴眼液进行治疗,对照组38例(38只眼),给予常规马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液进行治疗。结果观察组治疗后眼压明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.658,P<0.009);观察组患者治疗后视网膜中央动脉收缩期血流峰值(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)参数明显高于对照组,观察组患者治疗后阻力指数(RI)参数低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后PSV、EDV与眼压水平呈现显著正相关(r=0.664,0.506,P<0.05),RI与眼压水平呈现负相关(r=-0.392,P=0.022);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.034,P=0.793)。结论曲伏前列素可有效降低原发性青光眼患者的眼压,降低眼压机制可能与视网膜中央动脉血流动力学改变有关,治疗效果有效、安全。
Objective To investigate the effects of travoprost eye drops on intraocular pressure (IOP) and hemo- dynamics in open angle glaucoma. Methods We analyzed clinical data of open-angle glaucoma patients treated in our hos- pital between January 2014 and July 2016. Observation group had 34 patients ( 34 eyes) who were treated with travoprost eye drops, and control group had 38 patients ( 38 eyes ) who were given maleic acid thiamethoxam bisoprolol eye drops. Results IOP was significantly lower in patients treated with travoprost than in the control group ( t = 2. 658, P 〈 0. 009 ). After treatment, PSV and EDV were significantly higher and RI was significantly lower in observation group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). PSV and EDV in central retinal artery were positively correlated to IOP ( r = 0. 664, O. 506, P 〈 0. 05 ), and RI was negatively correlated with IOP ( r = 0. 392, P = 0. 022 )- Conclusions Travoprost can effectively reduce the IOP in primary glaucoma patients, and the mechanism may be related to the change of central retinal artery blood flow dynamics. Travoprost is an effective and safe treatment.
