摘要
目的探究中医护理临床路径在骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折非手术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2015年9月至2016年9月我院收治的160例骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的非手术治疗患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。入院后对照组患者实施常规优质护理,观察组患者应用中医护理临床路径。治疗结束后,对比两组患者住院天数与费用情况以及治疗有效率。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为88.75%,低于观察组的98.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗费用为(11639.31±1536.94)元,住院天数为(41.96±1.82)d,明显低于对照组患者(16394.94±1892.67)元,(55.93±1.27)d(P<0.05)。结论对于骨痿性胸腰椎压缩性骨折非手术患者,应用中医临床护理路径有利于患者疾病转归,减少治疗成本和治疗时间,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM clinical nursing pathway in non-operative treatment of the bone atrophy compression fractures. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital, 160 cases of patients with bone atrophy compression fracturesin in non-operative treatment were selected as the research objects, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group. After treatment, the patients in control group were given routine high quality nursing, while the patients in observation group were treated with TCM nursing clinical pathway. After nursing intervention, the hospitalization time, cost situation and effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 88.75%, which was lower than 98.75% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The cost situation and hospitalization time of the patients in observation group were（11639.31±1536.94） yuan,（41.96±1.82） d, which were significantly less than（16394.94±1892.67） yuan,（55.93±1.27） d of the patients in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM clinical nursing pathway for the patients with bone atrophy compression fractures in non-operative treatment can promote the recovery of the patients, reduce the treatment cost and the hospitalization time, which is worthy of future application and popularization.
