摘要
目的 评估血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态观察的应用效果与意义.方法 选择2015年1月至2017年2月在我院行血常规检查的90例受检者的血液标本作为研究资料,将每位患者血样分为两份,分别进行血细胞分析检测和血细胞形态观察,比较两种检查方式对各类细胞异常的检查阳性率和符合率.结果 全自动细胞分析仪检查检出阳性率为35.56%,显著高于血细胞形态观察的13.33%(P<0.05).血细胞分析仪与血细胞形态观察检出阳性符合率为37.50%,其中:单核粒细胞符合率最高(50.00%),显著高于红细胞形态异常(37.50%)、幼稚粒细胞(40.00%)、杆状粒细胞(28.57%)、嗜酸粒细胞(33.33%),差异显著(P<0.05);杆状核粒细胞符合率最低(28.57%),与其他细胞比较,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 血细胞分析仪是筛查血细胞异常的手段,但存在一定假阳性风险,应联合血细胞形态学观察进一步提高异常检测准确性,为临床诊断提供确切的依据.
Objective To evaluated the application and significance of blood cell analyzer combined with blood cell morphology. Methods The blood samples in our hospital from 90 subjects during January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects. The blood samples of patients were divided into two parts, and receivced blood cell analysis and blood cell morphology observation respectively, abnormal positive rate and coincidence rate of two kinds of inspection methods were compared. Results The positive rate of automatic cell analyzer was 35.56%, which was significantly higher than 13.33% of blood cell morphology observation (P〈0.05). The positive coincidence rate of blood cell analyzer and blood cell morphology observation was 37.50%, among that, the mononuclear cells with the highest rate (50.00%), which was significantly higher than the abnormal morphology of red blood cells with 37.50% and immature granulocyte with 40.00%, rod-shaped nuclear granulocyte with 28.57%, eosinophil with 33.33% (P〈0.05); the lowest rate in rod-shaped nuclear granulocyte was 28.57%, which was significant difference with other projects (P〈0.05). Conclusion Blood cell analyzer is a screening method of abnormal blood cells with a certain false positive risk, which should be combined with morphological observation of blood cells to further improve the accuracy of abnormal detection, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
