摘要
利用VHX-5000型超景深三维显微系统观察填充了不同种类AL_2O_3的PTFE薄壁软管的管壁及磨屑,直观地观察了粒子在PTFE中的分布情况;利用CYNM-01型模拟换挡测试系统对制品的摩擦寿命进行了测试。结果表明经过硅烷偶联剂处理后的纳米AL_2O_3制得制品的外观光滑,而且提高了其摩擦寿命。
This paper discusses the friction and wear properties of polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE ) tube filled with AL2O3. The thin- walled tube wall and the wear debris and the particle distribution in PTFE were examined with a Three - dimensional microscopic system super depth of field( VHX -5000) ;The friction test were carried out using a CYNM -01 Analog Shift test system. It is found that the tube was smooth while the AL2O3 were dealing with the silane coupling agent. And the friction life had improved significantly, This formual is suitable for industrial production.
