利用电石渣代替石灰石制备氧化钙的可行性分析 被引量:4

摘要 从热量、原料、碳排放及总成本方面对电石渣代替石灰石制备氧化钙的可行性进行了分析。热力学分析结果表明:利用碳酸钙及电石渣(氢氧化钙)分解制备氧化钙的反应热均随反应温度的升高而减少,而其物料从常温吸热升温至反应完成所需的总热量均随反应温度的升高而增大,且电石渣的水含量对其分解制备氧化钙所需的热量和成本影响较大。与石灰石制备氧化钙相比,在控制电石渣合理水含量的前提下,电石渣制备氧化钙所需的热量及总成本均较少,且无碳排放,更为经济环保,因此,利用电石渣替代石灰石制备氧化钙是可行的。 Feasibility of calcium oxide production from carbide slag instead of limestone was analy- sised from the aspects of heat, raw materials, carbon emissions and total cost. The thermodynamic analysis results demonstrated that the reaction heat of decomposition reaction of carbide carbonate and calcium hy- droxide to prepare calcium oxide both reduced with the increase in reaction temperature, and the total heat for heating the room-temperature materials and completing the reaction increased with the increase in reaction temperature. And the water content of carbide slag greatly impacted on the total heat and cost of decomposition of carbide slag into calcium oxide. Compared with calcium oxide production from lime- stone, on the premise that water content of carbide slag was reasonable, the process of calcium oxide pro- duction form carbide slag was more economic and more environment-friendly: less energy consumption, relatively less total cost, and zero carbon emission. The process was feasible.
