摘要
分析甘肃省通渭县农业技术推广的现状,主要是通过科技下乡、农业科技培训以及科技特派员的方式进行农业技术的推广。介绍现有农业推广活动中存在农业推广员缺乏高素质人才、农业推广内容不适宜当地实际需求、技术推广的公共支出缩减、财政支持力度小等方面的问题,分析通渭县影响农业技术推广的因素。最后提出改善通渭县农业技术推广现状的对策建议,主要包括提高农业科技推广员的福利待遇;因地制宜,以需求为导向进行农业推广;农业推广市场化;提高农民的科学文化素质四个方面。
Analyzing the current situation of agricultural technology extension in Tongwei County of Gansu Province.It popularizes the agricultural technology through the way of science and technology going to the countryside, agricultural science and technology training and science and technology special commissioner.There are some problems of lack of high-quality personnel, lack of agricultural extension content, unsuitable local demand, reduction of public expenditure on technology popularization and financial support are introduced.The factors affecting agricultural technology extension in Tongwei County were analyzed.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the agricultural technology popularization in Tongwei County, including improving the benefits of agricultural science and technology extension workers,adapting to the local conditions ,demand-oriented agricultural extension ,agricultural marketing and farmer＇ s scientific and cultural quality.
