摘要
随着社会的快速发展,绿色食品已被消费者普遍接受,向日葵油作为我国油脂的重要产品,其绿色加工与生产也有重要意义。本文根据向日葵油产品特点,提出绿色向日葵油的生产加工技术规范。包括原料要求、产品的生产加工环境要求、生产过程的技术规范,以及成品的包装、贮藏、运输等技术规范。
With the rapid development of society, green food have been widely accepted by consumers. Sunflower oil was an important product of China, the green processing and production of which also has important significance. According to the characteristics of sunflower oil, the technical specification of processing of green sunflower oil was proposed. This technical specification included the requirements of raw materials, processing and environmental requirements of sunflowers product, technical specification of productive process as well as package, storage, transportation and others.
