摘要
针对矿用隔爆兼本安变频调速一体机体积小、大功率大、发热严重的特点,合理地设计水冷结构来有效地平衡电机发热量,保证电机的安全运行十分必要。基于流体力学及电机传热学理论,以矿用隔爆兼本安变频调速一体机YJVFG-500M-4T 1000kW为研究对象,对其水路进行了结构设计与热力计算。运用有限元仿真软件进行水路的仿真分析,为矿用隔爆兼本安变频调速一体机的水路设计提供合理的优化建议。
Because mine flame-proof & intrinsic-safety variable-frequency adjustable-speed all-in-one motor has the characteristics of small size, high power and serious fever, it is necessary to design a reasonable water-cooled structure to balance the heat and ensure safe operation of the motor. Taking a YJVFG-50OM-4T 1000kW mine flame-proof & intrinsic-safety variable- frequen- cy adjustable-speed all-in-one motor as a research object, structural design and thermal calcula- tion of the waterway are carried out based on the theories of fluid mechanics and motor heat trans- fer. The finite-element simulation software is applied to analysis the waterway, and it can provide reasonable optimization suggestions for waterway design of the all-in-one motor.
