The clinical application of hybrid surgery in abdominal surgery:7 cases report

摘要 目的:探讨杂交外科手术在腹部外科的临床应用价值。方法:依照"一站式杂交"的处理原则,通过多学科合作,实施"杂交手术"治疗7例患者,总结杂交外科的精髓,观察患者的临床预后。结果:本组7例患者中,手术时间5h(例1)~15h(例4),平均(8.8±3.2)h,术中出血50mL~1000mL,平均(350±306)mL。所有患者围手术期恢复平顺。结论:与传统医学比较,"杂交外科手术"强调"多学科合作"处理既往传统思维和单一学科无法处理的"疑难复杂"病例,是一种全新的临床诊疗模式,能有效救治涉及多学科疾病并存的疑难病例。 Objective To probe the clinical application value of hybrid surgery in abdominal surgery. Methods 7 cases patients being treated with hybrid surgery according to the principles of 'one-step hybrid' through multi-disciplinary cooperation,to summarize the essence of hybrid surgery and observe the clinical outcome.Results 7 cases in this group,underwent operative time 5h(case 1) to 15h(case 4),average(8.8 ± 3.2) h,blood loss 50ml ~ 1000ml,average(350 ± 306) ml,were all recovered smoothly during preoperative time. Conclusion Compared with traditional medicine,Hybrid surgery,emphasis on multidisciplinary co-operation to deal with the difficult and complicated cases which are hard to treat by traditional thinking and single discipline, is a new clinical treatment model and can effectively treat the difficult cases involving multi-disciplinary disease.
